At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your e-bike or gear and place it in the original factory box with all included manuals, chargers, and tools.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our technicians inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
